Appointments

Appointments are available 7 days a week. Our spa is open Monday thru Sunday. You can make your appointment either on our website or by telephone. When booking your appointment a credit card or gift card will be required for any service over one hour. Walk-ins are welcome.

Cancellation Policy

If you have to cancel your service, you must give us 24 hour notice. Any service over one hour that is not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount to the provided credit card or gift card given at the time the appointment was booked.

Late Arrival

If you are late to your appointment with us, we will try our very best to accommodate your service as soon as possible. If you are late we can not guarantee that we can perform your service that day. This is dependent upon the amount of time late and the stylists schedule that day whether they can accommodate your service in that time frame.

Guest Satisfaction

If for any reason you were dissatisfied with your service, please do not hesitate to contact either the stylist or a manager. We want to ensure each client is satisfied with every service performed.

Gift Cards

Ultimate Image Day Spa offers gift cards at any dollar value. All gift cards will have an amount on them that can be used toward any service in our spa. Our gift cards do not expire. You must have your gift card present with you at the time of your service to use it.

Returned Checks
Any returned checks will be assessed a $30.00 charge.

Children
To ensure our spa provides safety we must ask that all children must have adult supervision. Children must stay in the waiting area with the supervision of an adult. This is to ensure the safety of the child and to keep a relaxing and tranquil atmosphere for each client.
